The Vegas Golden Knights (35-18-5, 75 points) and Dallas Stars (30-16-12, 72 points) will meet tonight at T-Mobile Arena in a battle of two of the top teams in the Pacific Division. This is the second of three matchups between these two teams this season. The VGK are 0-1.

The Golden Knights have collected points in eight-straight games and remain atop of the Pacific Division standings. The Stars sit first in the Central.

With both Daniil Miromanov and Michael Hutchinson being re-assigned to the Henderson Silver Knights, Adin Hill will likely backup Laurent Brossoit.

What to Watch For

Angry Opponent

The Dallas Stars have been struggling as of recent with just two wins in their last ten games. They have lost five-straight, and will look to use tonight's game against the Golden Knights to get back on track in the push to the playoffs.

Goal Battle

With Jack Eichel's most recent goal against the Flames he now has 19 goals on the season. This is tied for Reilly Smith for the team lead. A bit of friendly internal competition on who will be the team leader in goals at the end of the season has commenced. Jonathan Marchessault took the award last season.

Shea's Ways

Since returning from injury, Golden Knights defenseman Shea Theodore has been excellent. He has nine points in nine games since his return and eight points in his last five games.

Channeling Comebacks

The Golden Knight's comeback against the Flames marked the 10th time they have made a third-period comeback this season, which is most in the NHL.
